2 miles in 29 min.......

Yup you read correctly i completed 2 miles in 29 min,it may not seem like much but is a major accomplishment for me ive never been able to run for that long without rest yet  afterwards i was feeling good not tired just good :),been switching my routine around and im mainly focusing on cardio ,abs,to the point that i like like a jumped into a pool after my workout everyday i keep eating healthier and healthier just for the sake that i  dont feel like eating garbage so that i dont throw away my weeks sacrifice and hard work at the gym,the only thing i can say i wsh i had it done sooner oh well never too late right...... see ya all next week when its time to wight myself,all i have to say ive been wearing my old clothes cause all my newer stuff  its looking to big on meit sucks cause i rather wear new stuff but  ego wise its a major boost .....

And It Continues.........

Hey all,so letely ive been pretty much working out 7 days a week,if i dont go i find myself getting restless..wich is good i gues, last week i did do more cardio than weights specially on wed and thursday it was my only cardio days i think i did about 55 minutes each day between joggin,the Bicycle,and eliptical, then did a bit of wieght lifting on Friday with cardio Of course,and my infamous abs crunches super set. Saturday i took the day off since i had to be at the Lab. at 8 am in the morning to get my blood drawn( I hate that i had been putting it off for a year but when your wife works in the medical field you get told to do so)so needles to say i was feeling tired too,and i had to work at 5 pm till 5 am,so i just came back home had lunch and went to bed till it was tme for work.I weighted myself on Friday  and i was at 246 and 3/4,i had gained some weight the previous week,although it could have been on muscle not fat but since i had never measured my body fat % before i started working out i cant tell at this point,how ever i can tell im getting leaner,this might seem silly but i have a baseball jersey from when i was in 10 th grade(thats right 15 years old) that i was able to try it on and it fits so i guess that says something.im thinking of  doing maybe some yoga just for the elasticity purpose,although i try to strech as much as i can..........
So today MOnday  i got a Phone call from Melissa that my blood test results came back in and well it was all Excellent news,considering  i didnt exactly had the best diet last year,everything read normal so that another  boost to my self esteem telling me to keep doing what im doing it seems to be working  im feeling great in all aspects not only phisically wich is the obvious one but also mentaly even my mood has been quite positive for the past month and a half so ill just keep working and lets see where iam by summertime hopefully runnin those 5k's with Melissa let's see what happens :)......................

And The Road Goes on........................

HEy Everyone!!!!!.....so after missing the first week in March from the gym since i was sick(refer to the blog before this one),i went back on Friday,so my schedule got shift on my workouts so now Friday is my monday ,saturday is my tuesdays etc etc......but i must say it was like i did not skped a beat,i did took it easier on my first day back last Friday but i felt great then saturday woke up at around 7 30 am and was up and about,and its been  balls to the wall ever since ,see my issue is if i dont sweat alot i dont feel like ive worked out enough,i guess from my old Kickboxing and martial arts days,the past 2 days were my only cardio days so i did a total of 60 minutes,18 min..on the eliptical,10 on the stationary bike,then my abs superset crunches:rope crunches,regular crunches and leg rises, you are to do all 3 excerices next to each other without rest, 10-12 reps each excersice  when complete all 3  thats one set......
then to finish out the day 20 min on the treadmill  walking/jogging/runnin,in increments of 5 min each,and finished out with 12 min on the stationary bike again. I have not  gone to the scale yet this week but i will on my way to work  so for now thats all ive got till next time.....

NOt a Good beggining of the month...........

So This week started on a very bad note...Sunday morning woke up naceus and threw up pretty much for the entire day,it just hit me,so that knocked me out for 2 days needles to stay i got completely dehydrated ,i wasn't able to hold gatorade down,i had to drink pedylite with water and crackers,aparently there is a  bug around so everyone watch out.Needles to say i haent been able to go to the gym since saturday morning and is killing me,although today i feel better but i havent had a full meal yet....i have lost 3 lbs. as a result of that not excatly how one wants to loose weight but oh well.Hopefully by this weekend i can get back into the swing of things.And start eating normal again i miss my proteing smoothies...lol

251 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......

OK ok so today i went to weigh my self as i do every Friday afternoon,and the scale said im at 251 lbs.,iam excited because i remember back in july i was at about 268-269,when i started at the gym this month i was at 259,so we are getting there,maybe a little bit  more cardio,or just more vegetables,i have cut out just about every sugar source from my daily consumtion,drinking nothing but water,i havent had a cup of coffee in a month,and im still alive...lol,so ill keep working hard and its not even that i actually miss the gym on the day im not going,oh yea if anyone wants a abs routine that will leave you ,well  done for the day heres one 

Abs- 3 triple drop sets. Do all three exercise without rest. Then repeat after 1 minute rest. Do a total of 3 sets with 10-20 reps per exercise!

Rope Crunches/Floor Crunches/Leg Raises.......

My arms feel like Jello but...............

I feel awsome,got a call from my family today they saw some new pics of me and noticed i have been working out,so that made me push myself a bit harder in the gym and you know what it worked  i did 30 minutes on the eliptical, and only 10 on the sationary cycle,the did my weight training and felt so good finished with 10 min on the eliptical.Ive been feeling so good after working out  i look at fried food lately and  makes me nauceus,i know a bit to much but its just how i feel i find myself  craving stuff like spinach salads tuna fish and fruits.so here's to another week of hard workouts :).................

oh yea i lost another 3 pounds :)..............

If my Calculations are correct,when this baby hits 88 MHP we're gonna see some serious s**t...

Ok OK ..sorry for the movie quote,but those who know me well,would expect it,
So start of week #3,i mst say wee 2 went fantastic by friday i could feel getting back on the swing of things.Meaning that going  to work out wasnt so much of a chore but more of a joyful hobby.
when im doing the cardio,i just get lost in my world,before i know it I've done like 30 minutes total.Been doing  the stationary cycle and stepper,but just started the eliptical and treadmill,and doing abs every other day.NOw on a crazy note ......so we all need goals of course they need to be realistic,but ive been kicking the idea of trying out for arena football,sounds insane..i know but hey its a goal...and try outs are really just phisical ability so we will see maybe i can have that on my list of things to accomplish in my life.so we will see if im phisically fit to do so..ill do it
