It's a brand new day.........

Ok so I have decided to create a blog/journal for myself,i guess it should be a bit of therapy for me as well.Anyway on some news as of today i have started full on my "Dark Knight workout routine",ok ok you might think im insane but a co-worker of mine who is into bodybuilding and such gave me the workout regimen that Christian Bale had to go through to train for the Batman movies.

So hence the title of the workout,i got it cleared by a doctor so im full on running on all cylinders,Im at 258 lbs.whats my Goal,well beside the obvious getting in shape,i hope to get to about 195 Lbs. Impossible one might think well,9 years ago i was kickboxing,and training i made it to 210.so all it takes is a bit of sacrifice and commitment.I want my wife to stop worrying about my health,wich is the primary reason i went back to workout, lets face it im 32 years old,but i wanna fell like Im 22 again.So little by little i will get there.....i want to feel good about my self,and i wanna to get my energy levels back where they are supposed to be.
