So Monday February 9th,2009..my second week at the gym begins,the first week went very well,although i missed thursday to go to the chiropractor to get my spine and jonts alligned,i still felt sore but i could actually move,now i know why professional athletes and stunt people do massages and such.
Anyway yesterday i was trying on some close i got as a gift a while ago,mainly soccer jerseys and guess what they fit loose on me finally :) i was stoked.Thats just gives me enough motivation to kick up a notch this week.I am also sleeping a lot better.Now for the nutrition part,i have changed my eating habits,no fast food whatsoever,haven't had a soda in about 3 weeks,and been drinking water like a race horse.....well so far thats what i got and ill keep working on it byt the end of the month pictures will be posted stay tuned.................
